• You are able to modify the trek/expeditions itinerary at any point before departure. As long as the trek/expedition will finish within the allocated number of permit days, the said trek/expedition can be modified during the trip itself as well.
• Many elements of the trekking/expeditions all-inclusive package can be customized. However, some elements of the all-inclusive cannot be customized, such as Meals and Accommodation, and required elements such as guides, permits, etc. If you have inquiries about any customization, please contact us here.
In relation to travel documentation regulations.
Please ensure your •Passport is valid well beyond the time of the trip.
Some countries now require six months validity beyond the date of your return travel.
You will also be responsible for your visa fees and other travel paperworks requirements.
• If an emergency arises, we are responsible for coordinating the helicopter pick-up. We do NOT have a satellite phone, but there is a phone network during most of the Trek/Expeditions.
• There are a few points where there is no reception, but reception is always within an hour’s walk away. In the event of an emergency requiring evacuation, travelers’ evacuation insurance is paramount and recommended.

• The room size and space will depend on the rooms available. Who sleeps where can be managed by the group. Most hotels during Trek are beautifully simplistic and rustic.(please refer on your detailed itinerary)
• As for the payment schedule, kindly make a minimum 50% advance payment into our account 3 weeks before your arrival to Nepal, and then the remaining amount can be paid before arrival to Nepal or upon arrival in cash.
• To wire money internationally, some European banks ask for an IBAN code, but Nepal banks only use SWIFT codes. Either is acceptable for international wires. If you cancel your trip within one week before arrival, we will refund 70% of the total trip cost. Or the amount can be put towards a future trip.

It will be essential that you alert us as soon as convenient if you have any allergies, (including shellfish allergies) or have asthma, or if you are taking any medications on a routine basis.
Along the trek, most villages have small health posts carrying basic medicines and they can provide some medical information. Those who work there are not necessarily licensed or held to the same standards as Western doctors. Medical and Evacuation Insurance is required and essential, as there are no hospitals along the trek.
The guide will carry a basic first aid kit on the trek consisting of anti-inflammatories, diamox, laxatives, antidiarrheals, bandages, and mole skin. However, trekkers are asked to bring their own water purifiers, sunscreen, bug spray, personal medications, medicines not listed above, and any antibiotics for respiratory and stomach or other ailments.
Online Providers Insurance can be purchased online from a number of different providers, including Allianz, and Travel Trex. The basic plan usually covers trip cancellation, trip interruption, and medical evacuation.
